Pre-Demolition Survey for Hazardous Building Materials

OSB Consulting can conduct a survey of your facility prior to demolition, to report on the presence or suspected presence of readily observable hazardous materials including designated substances, primarily asbestos, lead and mercury.  The investigation would also include inspections carried out to determine the presence of PCB-containing materials, as well as ozone depleting substances.
